As this service offers handmade items, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. 

Damage

Please check your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the product is damaged so I can correct it. Sending me a picture of how your order arrived is required. If your item arrives damaged, you will be entitled to a refund or free replacement. 

Refunds

If your refund is approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
